Subtle humming noise with shep tranny and t/c
I had my shep transmission and stage 2 transfer case installed a year ago and I have noticed a very subtle hum from my transfer case that I can only hear with the windows up and radio off. I determined it is the TC because when I press the clutch in it is still there. I just want to make sure my TC is healthy. I also change all of the driveline fluids every 7500 miles.

are you rolling when you press the clutch in? and does it stop when you are at a stand still?
if you are at a stand still it's not your tc. your tc only creates noise when the car is actually moving. the only thing with the drivetrain that spins at a stand still is the input shaft.
