Whatever you get, get a good tune for it as some intakes without a tune can cause drivability and AFR issues. It is generally accepted that the stock box, with a drop in, should be more than adequate for the stock turbo or even a mildly larger one, but its a very common first mod and who doesn't love the sound of a turbo, right?
IMO, I would suggest a good silicone inlet such as Samco or Perrin, paired with a quality MAF adapter and filter. For your filter choices, read this:

Don't forget the tune though!

and i got the ARC induction box and i absolutely LOVE IT, it sucks in air from 2 locations and the larger filters grab air from any little nook and cranny to fill your turbo, but since ARC went outta business it might be hard to get one, so i'm guessing the HKS will do as the rest of the forum guys suggest it and the Perrin (never had a issue with perrin, quality surpasses all).

I went Perrin, yet you have to watch out that you hood isn't letting to much water in. I didn't have a trap set for my filter, and over a couple of months it was soaked with water.
Once soaked, water/oil mixture leaked into my MAF; all to say that with the soft foam filters you can run into this problem. I'm running a K&N right now and the gains are not equal to a Perrin, but I have a big setup and will forgo 1 or 2 horsepower for less maintenance.

Perrin is good...but you gotta keep and eye on your MAf cause they soak them filters in oil really bad. You can't even touch the filter without having to wipe all the oil jizz off your hands...i gave mine to a dsm buddy. K&N 9'' FTW
