Post up the most mileage you have on the exedy twin/triple

on the side note, i have only about 300ish awhp, and have done about 17k on this clutch. and it is now slipping pretty bad
is that because:
1. my driving sucks
2. it is not designed to handle the power the car is currently making
3. combination of both
sorry to get off topic but im curious lol

However, it's not necessarily that your driving sucks, as project_skyline correctly pointed out, it is mostly down to your driving style. I had a '90 Geo Prizm (read: Corolla) that I put 150,000 miles onto the stock clutch. I don't launch my cars hard, but once I'm rolling, I pound on it pretty good. I don't drag race the car, but I do road race it. Given my driving habits I would expect to get at least 40K out of the Exedy. I was well on my way to getting 60K plus out of my stock clutch, but unfortunately the TOB crapped out.
If you like to launch your car off the line a lot, then your clutch is going to suffer... If you have a habit of riding the clutch (i.e., resting your left foot on it), then your clutch is going to suffer.

im at close to 50k miles with mine and need a rebuild...
im running the Cusco Twin with the exedy rebuild...i bought it used with a brand new rebuild kit...
im trying to see if its worth it to upgrade from the twin to a triple?
or should i just rebuild it again...and only replace the two disks? or the pressure and intermediate plate too?

I can't say how the twin performs as I have never used one.

I have about 10k miles on my twin with 10-20 launches at the strip. I love this clutch. Great for every day use and racing. Im going to see how it looks when I pull the motor in about a month or so.

I doubt there would be a big difference. The extra plate is more for handling higher torque, not to last longer. I guess you could try to argue that the extra plate helps distribute the work across more surface area, thereby reducing the wear for each disc, but I don't know if it translates into a real world noticeable result.
I was pretty impressed that my first triple took around 300 launches at the strip and still went 40k miles though. Given back then I was probably only making around 400-430hp or so.
