Hey guys quick question going from a 85mm bore to a 85.5mm bore (.020 over) would I still use a 85mm head gasket or a 86mm head gasket I cant seem to find a 85.5mm head gasket. If You could point me in the right direction that be greatly appreciated thanks.

When I did my rebuild I chose a HKS head gasketfor my 4G63 i did 1.0MM but it will lower the compression a little bit i am running nitrous, so any 80mm gasket or around there would rock.

Cometic does custom applications so they can get you an 85.5mm gasket. I ran into the same problem with my honda. Took it from a 1.8l 81mm bore to 2.2l 84.5 bore and went to cometic. They will also do whatever thickness u would like.
