Im told its the Flywheel Inspection Gasket, but thats no use, STM and Mitsubishiparts hasnt replied, mine got mangled taking the transmission out and i'd like a fresh one when it goes together...:s any help is appreciated.

 

that looks like just an inspection hole that a plate would bolt to with no gasket...

 

thats a transmission/starter plate dont know the right name for it but thats were the starter bolts into and its a whole plate thats between the transmission

 

MD321827 - Plate between block and bellhousing

 

The lower plate PN, that just covers the flywheel, is 1055A007.
