Just said I was skeptical, I dont remember your exact numbers but it wasnt significantly more than 800 on the 6262 was it?

Im making the assumption that if its making 800 ft/lbs at peak tq then drops to 600-650 ft/lbs by peak power around 8200, that would imply this car is producing nearly 1000 whp

I know Todd personally and i know he is not one to make up something for no reason..TRUST ME he has plenty of builds going on that exceed 100k that he doesnt need to come on here to impress people to earn business..

However, When something is done that has never been done before everyone is skeptical and i would be too no matter if it was dave buschur who told me he did it i would think his dyno must have freaked out..

I was only replying to the " not enough air to make 800hp statement "

The most i made on a 6262 was 784whp on my RS and it ran 8s with it like that too.. Id be willing to guarantee 100% its the LOWEST HP 8sec evo to date.. That car had everything JUST RIGHT at the time..

Nice job, Todd. Was this the car I saw in your shop a few weeks back?

I might be interested in the trans case strengthening solution you guys said your going to be coming up with as would like to possibly use the 6 speed to my 4g64 gtx3582. I'm getting the shep gears but I heard the cases just turn to glass with the slightest wheel hop even with oem gears . Will your solution just be for the 5 speed ?

Yep. I was and I spoke to you (if this is Mikey) after the pulls were done. NO BOTTLE in the car! I was in utter disbelief when I saw the power curve. I even have a pic of the dynograph on my phone. It's pretty much all I talked about all weekend. Never seen I graph as verticle as yours and I've never seen an Evo make that kind of torque. One of the guys at event was talking about using your car to tow the other competitors' cars with.
I had the MPFab shirt on over at Tony's. You definately have some sort of magic pixie dust somewhere in the thing, because to the naked eye nothing stood out as out of the ordinary, and by that I mean the quality of the build was obvious; just nothing to let you know it was gonna make numbers like that.

I was there and have a cell phone pic of the graph. However, I'm not posting it because this was a magazine event. Once the issue comes out and you see it, you'll realize why it destroyed the tranny.

I bought it two years ago through a warehouse in New York....Complete engine and transmission. I'm currently using just the engine block in my car.

The transmission is just sitting in my shop. It has a converter with it as well. There is a group in Oregon using automatics in these cars and I've heard they have made them survive. I thought about putting it in my car, but I don't have time to mess with it right now.

If someone made me a decent offer I would probably sell.

Congrates guys, one question that was never asked.... What compression are you running in this engine? 11.1 or higher?

A nick over 3000lbs. Full weight street car.
Not to nit pick but...
A full weight street car doesn't weigh a nick over 3000lbs sorry...

And people should stop using full weight and street car in the same sentence because most times its a load of ****.

It may be a street car but its not full weight. You can call it full weight when it weighs over 3300lbs(the full weight of a stock car)
