Turbo fittings info needed

Hi,
im getting a GT30 series turbo and i wonder what is the different on the "Oil inlet fitting for GT28/30/35R with built-in Restrictor and Without Restrictor"?

Some said if i uses the built-in restrictor it will choke the turbo easily and some say if i dont use it, it will ruin the ball bearing CHRA as all the contaminated residue will choke the CHRA.

Thanks

You should be ok, I ran a GT3076R without one and the owner of the kit before me didn't either. The oil pressure from head is so low that I can't see it being a problem.
