walbro 255's limit?

Plan on making a little more power this spring and wanted to know how far can a stock walbro be pushed on e 85?

Depends on set up, injector size and if the Walbro is modded ... roughly about 525hp on E85 if it is modded...

Once you start surpassing 400whp on a mustang dyno, the fuel pump will be your limiting factor.

I usually stop around 425 wheel with E85 on a single walbro. Even if its modded.

Running 1200 PTE's definitely don't plan on hitting 500 maybe 460 at the most wanna not have to worry about the stock bottom end

You guys running (what I consider) more radical numbers (500+ E85 and 600+ other fuel), how long have you been doing this for? These seem to be pushing the pumps to the ABSOLUTE limit on the dyno, and I don't think that these are realistic street numbers for a prolonged period of time on one single walbro pump.
Perhaps I am mistaken.

I've Been doing it since November but i switched to a buschur Double pumper. I know for a fact my pump was not gonna last long at that power level. I pushed it as far as I could

SO 460awhp ON a single walbro with e85 go or a no go? As I see the Deatschwerks DW300 is claimingto handle up to 600 on e85 and way cheaper than a double pumper but no real updates yet.

I haven't seen much tests at all on the DW300. I probably missed that.

with the aeromotive and dw300 out now, it would be stupid to run a walbro for anything over 450whp. being tuned with dropping fuel pressure will bite you in the *** down the road.
