Car cranks, starts, but won't idle and dies immediately

Just got done with my HTA86 build and the can't keep the car to idle. The engine was rebuilt, the head was ported and polished with supertech everything and gsc s2's. The intake mani was ported along with the oem throttle body by PPI. So i go to start it for the first time and it cranks, starts but won't idle unless i flutter the gas pedal. Here is a list of everything i have done so far, and yes i did search. I have been searching since saturday.

-boost leak c/w
-tps sensor checked. datalogged it at 14% at idle and 100% with it to the floor
-put in brand new cam sensor
-fuel pressure is 48 psi, i even turned it up to 60 psi to make sure i was getting enough fuel
-brand new sparktech COP and brand new plugs
-i checked the plugs and they are black so i know its getting plenty of fuel
-messed with the BISS with no luck, now its back to 3 turns out from the the bottom
-no codes

As long as i flutter the gas pedal it will stay running, but as soon as i stop messing with the gas pedal it dies. Im at a loss. I can't think of anything else it might be. Any help would be much appreciated. Any shops or vendors out there had an evo with this problem?? It's an 04 by the way.

Sounds like the IAC isn't working.

i would guess that the tune is just way out.
If it's a brand new motor, i wouldn't keep on trying to fix it.
Get it to a tuner and go from there.
Could be not enough timing, to too much fuel. Anything pretty much.

Could be low timing on idle. You´ve got cams, so you should raise idle timing.

Well i can't believe it, but after talking to my tuner he was asking me what all i had replaced on the car. Im going SD so of course i wired in the GM IAT sensor and put the OMNI 4 bar MAP sensor in. He told me to switch out the OMNI 4 bar and put the OEM MAP sensor back in and see what happens. Well sure as **** she cranked right up. So i will be waiting until i get to the tuner this weekend to put the 4 bar back in. I should of thought of that to begin with but i was too frustrated to think of the small things.

Could this problem happen if the MDP sensor is unplugged?? I tried to start my new engine the other day and it would start, jump to about 1k rpm then die. This happened twice before motor seized(different story) and my MDP sensor was unplugged. Just wondering if that's the reason for not idling..
