I did however have the DP on for about a month or so before testpipe back. It was great, but of course made me want the rest, and they let me buy it at the combo price even a month later.SWEET!

anyone have a RMR DP installed and if so was it a pain in the *** to install? I might go with the ultimate racing DP and test with my RMR exhaust. But i would want the ultimate racing DP in a thermal not to heat my oil.

What does a downpipe actually net you??

I just installed my UR cat-back exhaust, so what would adding a downpipe get me?? More Power?? Lounder?

Along the same lines, what about with my setup (just a Buschur AB, MBC, SAFCII, and K&N drop-in)? I would think that I should stay with a 2.5 inch. Would there be noticeable improvement? I already got a ticket for "altered exhaust" with my AB, so I don't want to go with a full 3" TB.

Any input or actual experience is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

FB

AMS 3" -> by far one of the straightest and highest quality downpipes on the market! Simply amazing!

I'm sure wojo will post up a review of it when he gets the very first production AMS downpipe tomorrow!

as far as I know they are the same piece. You don't need one for a downpipe, but then make sure the dp you get matches up to the stock cat!
