I found out my car is leaking oil under boost so I did the UV dye and checked right now and it looks like oil is leaking directly from the j pipe where it meets the turbo. This seems dead wrong but I can't find any other possible leak. The oil return line is fine, the oil feed line seems good as well. This is a brand new rebuilt fp green from forced performance. The oil is accumalating on the bottom of oil pan, on the block behind turbo, on the j pipe, on the starter, the coolant lines to the turbo also have oil on them. It only leaks under boost.

Have you called FP to ask them what, in their opinion, might be causing this problem?

If it really is coming from the j pipe your F...ed that means your turbos cracked and you should throw it in the garbage. I hope this isnt the case.

Yeah, in a worst case scenario it might be that the shaft seals are compromised. But, there might be another possible explanation.

I am thinking that another possible source of that oil in your J pipe might be that breather hose that originates at the valve cover and pukes down into the intake hose right in front of the compressor inlet on the turbo. Just a thought.

Ok guys on further investigation, I cleaned up all the oil up and just let the engine run hoping that it would slowly leak out and it did. The source seems to be coming from the oil feed line bolt to the block. Either the crush washers need to be replaced or the bolt needs to be tightened. Im going to try tightening first tomorrow and then replacing the crush washers. It seems crazy that all that oil is leaking from that source but that seems to be the main possibility

FYI, the stock oil feed setup originates at the cylinderhead and not the block. You may want to get a couple new copper washers from the dealership and try retightening the bolt.

You may want to consider the FP oil feed solution which eliminates the feed source at the cylinder head altogether.

I just saw the cylinder block is stripped thats why the bolt wasnt tight. I dont know how to rethread it

Thats no good...probably from over-tightening the oil feed bolt. That bolt only needs about 14ft-lbs if I recall correct. Don't think there's any way to fix it properly without pulling the head. Check ur torque specs from now on!!

If threads are stripped in head then maybe it is best to seal the threads by using JB Weld and a bolt. Then run the FP oil feed line which takes oil supply from a different feed source.
