I wonder just how far the OP would have to drive to get E-85? If he has access to a p/u truck he could just throw a couple 55 gallon drums in the bed and fill them up once a month. Of course he would also want to have switchable pump/ethanol maps for those times when he just can't get the juice.

I agree with the others above that for everyday street use an HTA Green, a BBK-Full, or an HKS 7460R on E85 might be better than something bigger and laggier. At least I would prefer that kind of setup over a Black on pump gas, especially on a stock 2L block.

Of course, alternately, either an FP Red, or a CBRD BBK-B on Ethanol might provide the best of both worlds and still maintain relatively acceptable streetability. However, these last two turbos would put the car up over the OP's 450 WHP target on E85.

I'm on stock block and head.. Kelford 272 cams, 3.5" ETS FMIC, 1,200cc injectors, 255 Walbro, turbo back exhaus, and FP RED with 84 comp housing.. on e85 made 460 to the wheels on a mustang dyno at about 26psi.. I love it.. It is very streetable for me.. just stay in 1st for longer to bring the rpm so u will be in boost very soon when u shift to 2nd, and then u will enjoy the pull at 2rd gear all the way up and from there, u can always stay in boost
oh, and do yourself a favor, get big injectors, at least 1,200 and a double-pumper in the first time if 450 is ur initial goal already.. my walbro is running out at 460 on e85
