I have resolved my issue. Having excess knowledge available on potential failures such as dragging clutches and worn out master and slave cylinders was the worst case scenario, based on the given symptoms. This had me losing sleep thinking I was going to have to get under the car and pull the trans again...When all it required was a good bleeding and a little pedal adjustment for good measure. I believe the combination of not having it bled in a year plus in addition to probably having introduced some more air while doing the brakes was the culprit...hope others are as lucky as me.

Cheers
Awesum!!! Glad everything all worked out for ya bro. And I agree with ya, there is nothing wrong with being proactive. Especially if you already know your gonna go bananas and push the envelope there is nothing wrong with setting yourself up for success early cause nothing sucks worse on a dyno day than reaching your # goals on 93 only to turn around and start your E85 pulls and only getting 2 pulls in before your already once modified clutch slips on the dyno... ask me how I know I have been running with the twin ever since and I haven't looked back once

I had a twin disk on my dd for 7k and I loved it. I liked it more than the exedy organic single disk.

Seems as if an Exedy Twin is a great clutch for a DD.... I drove my friend's Evo 8 a few years back that made around 440'ish at the wheels, and if I remember correctly, the clutch was very light and easy to drive.

I recently put an Exedy stage 1 in my car, and I was just curious how the two compare. I went stage 1 because I'm only around 350 WHP and don't plan on doing anything crazy to get big HP #s... The clutch is a little stiffer, has more chatter, and just not as "stock feeling" as I thought it would be.

I'd hate to have to go back and pay the labor, try to resell my near new Exedy, etc., but I'm just wondering what people thought of how the two compare. The shop put down "Stage 1.5" on the bill, so I'm not sure what this means, and haven't had the chance to ask them about that. Any input is appreciated!
