Please share Bee-Rev Limiter?

Hi Guys,
just wonder is anyone here have experience on Bee-R gadget?

What is the Pro's & Con's and most importantly is it bad for the Turbo and Engine?

Does it improve turbo response, like an Anti-lag & Can it be manually control by a button on its On/Off?

Btw, will it safe if we set the Bee-Rev Limiter low instead setting it high (50~70%)?

Can the Bee-R manually control by an On/Off switch?
