Congrats Mike S.

Congrats Mike S, on running 10.1@142 first time out for 2011.

I will let him fill you in on the setup but it's nothing crazy.

He ran at the event this past weekend at Island dragway and had the fastest evo there.

Congrats again Mike!!

That's insane, what an awesome run!

This is why I only bring my car to Iveytune

My car should be back for my C16 tune in a week or so.

Thanks Ivey for making this thread. I really appreciate everything you have done for me. Without you and the Iveytune staff, my car wouldn't be where it is today.

A quick run down on the car:
Ivey Built 2.0
Buschur Stage 3 Head
Cosworth M3's
FP HTA86
Buschur Double Pumper
ID 2200cc Injectors
Stock IM and TB
Exedy Triple Disk
Full Interior, Daily Driven with A/C and P/S
HKS Vpro 3.30 Tuned on e85

Here is a vid taken from my friend's iphone. It isn't the best but you get to see me smoke the tires all of 1st gear. The cars AFR's were in were still on the safe side and my times will only being going lower once we push it a little harder. I'm super excited to see what I can do with better traction.

Car ran 10.1 @141.7 then I backed it up with a 10.2 @ 142.9 as you can see the track prep was pretty bad.

Thanks again to all the vendors on EvoM who helped me through the build also and Forced Performance for a great turbo.

The cars AFR's were in 11.3-11.5 range, so there is still room for more power and all passes where done with a filter on the intake and not my velocity stack setup so there is even more room for power and to pick up some MPH.

In this area you don't have too many customers going that fast, so i think for Mike this is a huge accomplishment, and I have seen what he has gone through to get there with this car.

I didn't think it was too bad last year...I cut a bunch of high 1.6 to mid 1.7 60 fts on street tires...so not terrible...I may head up there Sunday and do some runs, so I guess Ill see then...

Well the next time I hit the track will hopefully be a track rental. Those are the best bang for bucks because I dont have to worry about being kicked out and run as many times as I want. Im hoping 9's next time.
