burnt piston rings, can block just be honed?

Well I'm waiting for my leakdown tester to come in and threw out the idea of going 2.3L to my wife, not going to happen Judging by my very low compression, it all points to burnt piston rings. In order to fix this problem, would all I need is another set of stock pistons, rods and the block honed? I'm trying to make this car last another 2 years when it's paid off then upgrade the entire engine. Rundown:
Dry compression: pass->driver side
130/105/150/120
cap of oil:
165/140/170/160
Tested it 3 times, got same results, warm engine, throttle 100%
Would I need to do anything else besides this to get it back to running good again? Thanks, this is on a IX with S1 cams. I'm thinking about having my head sent to to get rebuilt by headgames for a little more power.

Surprisingly not, just a huge loss of power. Don't know if thats a good thing or not.

If there is no damage to the cylinder walls then I dont see why you can't re-ring it and hone the walls

thanks, thats great to hear. tomorrow im planning on having someone check it out and see what damage there is, hoping itll be a simple fix. I purchased some engine restore to help (which i seriously doubt it will).

Not sure if this is good news or bad news. Performed a leakdown test this morning. Did the test 3 times and every time same results. Pass->driver side:
10,12,10,10
Which leads me to believe everything is ok. I popped off the oil cap, PCV valve, exhaust manifold, and radiator cap. No noise from any. The ONLY air I heard escaping was through the spark plug hole I was testing. Of course I found nothing online for if it escapes through that. Anyone have any suggestions?
