Clutch Poping/Clicking Please HELP!

Im having a problem with my Clutch, it makes a small pop/click sound when the clutch is depressed. The sound is coming from the Foot well/fire wall. I just cant tell if it is the Clutch master cylinder or the brake master cylinder that has the problem. Im also having a problem being able to adjust my new Carbonetic clutch so it engages about a inch or so above the floor. For some reason I adjust it right and it slowly works it way to engaging right off the floor. so im thinking it is a leak in one of the seals in one of the CMC or BMC. if you have any ideas please help!

thanks scott

here are some video links of the sound.

clutch help

When my new clutch was installed it was adjusted so the engagement was the perfect height off the floor. But twice now the engagement point has gotten closer and closer to the floor with no adjustments to the clutch. could this be a problem with the master cylinder or clutch master cylinder?
