Junk2 Works great for me, outstanding powerband and my fuel is cooler.

I am open to try a manifold that has a fatter midrange.

There 68mm TB does not leak and idles perfect, no issues at all.

If someone makes a light better flowing composite rail I will buy it.

The correct sized spacers for the fuel rail come with the intake manifold if you happen to purchase that, also Lowes carries the correct sized aluminum spacers in the hardware section for the fuel rail, it's not rocket science. If your complaining about a little fitment issue with a fuel rail, then don't purchase a Magnus V5 intake mani, invidia o2 housing, Buschur Fmic's or anything else for that matter, they all need tweaking or some sort of mod to work that's just how it is.

I had the exact opposite experience when testing one.

If a part doesn't fit right (i.e. direct bolt-on when advertised as such) then it's not worth buying; plenty of quality companies do make products that fit correctly without the need for hacking, tweaking, etc.

To be clear, "composite" in this case is injection molded plastic with glass filler. Looks like they did all of thier 3D modeling with thier own intake mani and throttle body, too bad, I bet it was an expensive mold.

There manifold is a great piece for midrange and top end, most others are borderline pathetic powerbands. My TB is tested weekly with zero leaks.

I think the point you are missing is that this Skunk2 fuel rail was advertised as a stock location fitment. Magnus tells you that their part will require modification of the UICP. Buschur I can only assume advertises that their FMIC will require modification of the crash beam like the other big FMIC manufactures.

Invidia I can't speak on.

Whats up with all the negativity regarding the skunk2 intake manifold? I've read in the past that you had to modify the intake manifold, what did you do to make it work properly for you? I saw DB and Emery both got rid of theres.

I think I worded it wrong, I mean negativity with most people besides you. You obviously have great results with it, just wondering what you had to massage on it to make it work.

I love my skunk 2 manifold, only had to trim it a bit by the mivec solenoid and everything else was mint.... I might buy their rail too...

Curt, do you really think the AMS rail flows less? It's a nice looking part.
