This was an issue they had so they decided to harden the hubs, Even with the harden hubs it was still wearing input shafts. Mine show excessive wear on the input shaft from only 10K miles of use. This new design looks to be better.

Personally, I'm much happy with my Carbonetics triple clutch. But I don't drag any more.

i don't think anyone said that. the last few posts have been about the old qm clutch.

guess i'm surprised that there are still no reviews of the new street twin.

I personal can't see this clutch lasting more then 15K miles. This new design should help with release. I personally think the clutch still is too small for the EVO application and thats one of the reasons it wore so fast. The EVO's drive train is massive in comparison to a DSM's that can go 40-60K miles on the older one.

I'd love to hear some reviews on the new clutch as well.

but its not. The MOI of the QM twin is SIGNIFICANTLY better than that of the Exedy.

I have carbonetics twin in my evo1 . great clutch. I agree the QM is really a horrible clutch for daily use. Cant really plug this enough for those who want to mod their car but keep it enjoyable at same time.

speak with Adam from MAP. He speaks highly of the product. Maybe you can pick his brain and form an opinion on it

I have the gear-drive hub disks in my 6-leg cover and I like it so far. I won't have enough miles on it to really say much about it until... after tx2k in March.

Are they the street disks? If yes, how is modulation and drivetrain bounciness?
