Help!!!

ok so i was just driving from town to where i live about 10 miles away and in traffic i was putting the car in 1st rolling at maybe 2 mph and i get this grinding noise from the clutch i was like huh? its never done that before then...so i keep going and it does it a little shifting into 2nd. now everytime i start out in 1st it has a horrible grind and the rattling of the twin disk when the clutch is pressed in (tilton cerametallic) is much louder and more pronounced. i need help! its my only vehicle at the moment and i dont have the funds to just put it down and throw a clutch at it

I don't know about the grind but rattling/chattering is normal on twin discs. can you describe more on the grind?

i know the chatter is normal, but it now grinds rolling out of 1st and a little in 2nd and the chatter is louder and lower pitched when the clutch is pressed in. i will maybe just have to roll like that idk

Check to make sure that the clutch is engaging fully. Your pedal probably needs adjustment.

Also, check clutch fluid level. Was the car hot at the time? I had a clutch act really weird once when it was hot. The car cooled off and it never acted up again.

the pedal has been fine since ive had the car, i dont think its that. dont mean to sound like a noob but where would i check the clutch fluid level? i forgot to mention that my ANTI-LOCK light came on when it was grinding maybe the 3rd or fourth time

It's on the firewall, next to the brake master cylinder. These are near the battery. The fluid should be a clear-ish color. The reservoir will have some marks on it to show the range it should be in.

Not sure why the ABS light would be coming on... Maybe you're brake fluid is low too? Check it while you're checking the clutch fluid.

The reason I suggested taking a look at the pedal is that it's possible the adjustment nut somehow came loose, and now the pedal is out of adjustment.
