When I get on it most i seen the boost go up too is positive 10.

Sounds like wastegate pressure. You would still hear something i guess. I wouldnt be concerned with not hearing the "bov sound" but why your at 10psi. I assume its psi anyway? 10bar would be just wrong...

You need to look at how its hooked up. I cant remember for sure but i thought in addition to the T in there you need the correct length and OD lines as well as a pill? I think. Its been so long since ive taken my OEM BCS out of the loop.

Take a picture. Something is wrong and I dont think you fully understand what is going on with it.

Those vac lines are too close to the manifold. They could get burned. And I couldn't really tell where the lines are going either. :}
