So, you might be on the right path by thinking its a bad sensor or loose connection. all it takes is one thing to come loose and you're not getting far.
I havnt had anymore time to look at it I just hope it's not my crank sensor cause i really don't wanna tare the timming **** off lol it sucks but gonna check the easy stuff first

That has happened to me on the track. The crank sensor went out on straight way, luckly i coasted into the pits. When we checked it out, it would crank but woulnt turn over, we pulled the fuel line and no pressure. We changed the pump there and still nothing, so we got it back to the shop ran diagnostics and there was no signal from crank sensor.

Also another time it was my idle control valve, located right underneath the throttle body.

Good luck!

It was a wire by my kick panel and once I pulled it off the wire hit the body of the car and made it pop a fuse

Lol. Not blaming you, but I'm tickled by this conclusion. Well, at any rate I don't fell dumb/feel like I do have some idea of what I'm talking!

In the end, it was electrical, an a fuse issue. Again not callin op out, but how many of us pointed him in that direction?

Glad the prob was resolved, and didn't cost too much!!
