if all fuses and relays are good (did u check all fuses? in car and in engine bay?), then it is prob an electrical issue. maybe a shorted wire or bad connection. im assuming you have power since u said it cranked. if you think of the fueling system as a whole, its pretty basic. key turns, ignition coils fire, and fuel pumps pump. did you try briefly touching the leads from the pump to a 12v battery?
i would be very careful as the fuel pump pumps gasoline, which reacts badly with stray sparks. if it pumps, then i would not it is mechanical

I've checked them all I need to know would my crank sensor cause this problem I've seen on other post that it might and it's not the fuel pump I've checked that swapped it and it's a fresh engine I got like 900 miles on it but have never replaced the crank sensor

you mentioned the crank sensor. that got me to thinking. the last time my evo was on the dyno, the tuner dialed in a base map, and shut the car off to go outside and smoke a cig. when he hopped back in, the car wouldn't turn over. the tuner and a tech took a quick look under the hood and after a minute noticed that my TPS (throttle position sensor) had worked itself out. two minutes and a foot of all purpose wire kept the sensor in place. tuner turned the key, and car fired right up.
So, you might be on the right path by thinking its a bad sensor or loose connection. all it takes is one thing to come loose and you're not getting far.
