Sweet build! Stock BOV definitely leaks, with a turbo of this size its certainly worth swapping out. I used the cobb bov and saw pretty awesome gains right on the dyno, something like 20+whp on a dyno dynamics.

Thanks for all the pics, good work!

I thought it would be good to show the difference between the RevHard setup with the 0.82 a/r & 0.63 a/r compared to the short runner tubular TS with T4 1.06 a/r.

Wow, looks like you gained about 800rpm in spool up with the twin-scroll 1.06 vs. the revhard and 0.82.

Is the 1.06 housing that you are using the one from ATP?

I'm thinking that for this level of boost a GTX3071 will do also the job.

I may be mistaken, but I'll bet that he is running Garrett 740902-13. This housing is a 1.06 A/R, free-float, T4 featuring a 90mm V-Band outlet. It is a twin-scroll(divided design). Incidentally, the housings for the GTX3076R turbos are the same as those for the GT3076R.

AFAIK, ATP does not have a free-floater, divided, 1.06 T4, V-Band housing, for the 3076 turbos.

Although I purchased the housing from another source, the ATP housing is the same unit that I run. The housings are originally for another application, but raw castings are obtained and then cut for the GT30R turbine wheel.

I'm under the impression that the T4 option that garrett sell isn't a twin scroll!!!
So the only TS housing is the ATP one...

Shouldn't you be seeing more than low 400s on a 64lbs/min wheel with that much boost?

Awesome spool up though. Its very impressive especially considering stock long block.

Garrett does offer a twin scroll 1.0 A/R T4 housing. I don't know that they have a 1.06...

I stand corrected then as it appears that Garrett does not cast a 1.06 divided T4 turbine housing for the 3076.

I posted the results of plugging the BOV and the car made 444hp/378ft/lbs @31psi on 93 octane. The new Tial BOV arrived on Friday, but I won't be able to install until next week. Once the new Tial is installed I will work with Tom to finalize the tune. I hope that when I install the GSC S2's I should get better results.

ATP lists that turbine housing as being "Garrett Turbine Housings."

You can click the check box to have it cut for the GT30r turbine wheel.

Thats more like it! I was afraid the extremely short runners would cause high back pressure and limit top end horsepower. But if there is any, its certainly not affecting you by much.

I didn't know you were on pump gas btw (with 31psi!). Great results!
