so i pulled of the belt yesterday because my car was making this noise that sounded like an air leak.
after i took the belt off every pulley felt fine but this. ac pulley. it doesnt spin freely and has some resistance. whats the best way to fix this?
would i have to replace the whole ceondenser? or just the pulley?

can i jjust replace the pulley or do i need a whole new assembly?

Last summer (when it was hot) there were two threads about the A/C clutch. It seems the clutch may not engage once it has a certain amount of wear but can be shimmed - I know, not your problem. Anyway, they made pulling the thing apart sound simple. As I recall, there is the pulley and a magnetic coil, both replaceable.
