Today i just dropped my transmission and took everything apart. Everything seems to be in good condition except the wave lock retaining clip. That was broken into many pieces.
The throw out bearing edge flanges appear to be bent outwards which I think may be the route cause of my issues here:

Anyone have any wisdom on how far those little guys should/can be bent outwards?
Also my flywheel to me seems to be fine, but then again I have not seen alot of used evo flywheels. Anyone with some guidance on this would be great:

But as far as fixing my car here I plan on just replacing the clutch, flywheel, tob, clutch fork/assembly, and the clutch slave cylinder. Any potential problems I may be missing? Or different things that I should do?
BTW the clutch and disc looked about new... Disk itself is nearly within new spec. Which is leading me to not replace that but it has a few miles on it and its out so why not replace it??

Definitely take a look at going with the push style conversion and eliminate all the deficiencies of the stock clutch design. No more fork, high rpm lockout and clutch slave cylinder. Plus, it makes removal and installation of the tranny so much easier. Especially if you plan to continue to track it.

So I searched and searched and searched for a wedge collar part number, or this piece http://www.streettunedmotorsports.co...ainer_clip.htm and I cannot find it anywhere. It is not included in the Evo manual and the oem part dealer guys have never heard of it. It seems fairly important....
Can anyone explain it too me? What part number it is and what it does?
