CP forged pistons and rings
Brian Crower I-beam conrods
BC adjustable cam gears
BC 272 cams
BC valves and springs
HKS suction induction
ARP studs
injectors
Walbro 255 feul pump
exhaust mani
intake mani
turbo back exhaust
Competition lightwieght fly
Exedy twin
Haltech Platinum ecu
HSK evc boost controller
radiator
intercooler w/ piping
turbo upgrade ( thinking fp red or black)
coilovers

this is the second bulid i have done but the first on an evo any input and info would be greatly appreciated. first build went pear shaped with both mechanic and myself not knowing what we should have before starting. now with more info i hope this one goes alot smoother

If you were smart you would not buy anything brian crower. Worst garbage parts in the industry.

+1, pretty much any other brand would be better. Might not need a Haltech but it's your preference.

I'm partial to Manley TT rods and GSC camshafts.

The Haltec can controll boost correct? I'm thinking the standalone boost controller wouldn't be needed?

Also the HKS suction isn't a very good filter design, flows well but lets a bit too much dirt by for my taste. I'd just fit the biggest K&N, Green or Amsoil filter you can squeeze in the bay.

Kelfords or GSC are easily the favorites for cams here. Any other valves and springs would be better, I use Manleys. Supertechs are the most common and work fine.

You'll need to have a more complete list before any power guesstimates can be made!

What kind of power would you like to get out of the car?

Get us an estimate of what power you want, what gas you'll be using, and what the car will be used for.

Well I'll be running a dual map tune E85 and 98RON pump. I'm in australia btw. And I'm looking at at 400hp as a DD.

Stock turbo can do 400whp on E85 but if you got the money, a Red can do it on pump.

Alright. What other mods do you recommend to make it a safe 400? Don't want to be really pushing the parts. I've had issues with that on my s15.

Do you recommend water/alcohol injection? I've seen it on a few cars but not totally sure of its benefits.

You've pretty much got everything you'd need listed. If you have access to E85, WMI isn't really necessary. On a Red or Black turbo, you wouldn't be pushing it hard at all to make 400whp on pump gas.
