Question: Twin Scroll Turbo on a Non Twin Scroll Manifold

Question: Twin Scroll Turbo on a Non Twin Scroll Manifold
I was wondering if it would hurt anything if you where to run a Evo 9 Twin Scroll Turbo on a Stock Ported Single Scroll Manifold?
I accidentally installed the wrong manifold on my turbo when I installed my EVO 9 Turbo. I have a Modified Ported Stock Manifold that was setup to run a GT30r Turbo that is not Twin Scroll its ported and the whole middle Divider has been removed.
I just noticed I had my Twin Scroll Stock Manifold in a box. I must have grabbed the wrong manifold =-(
I had my car tuned and so far the car is driving really solid. It is building boost fine and holding it okay.
Just wanna make sure I am not Hurting my car with the wrong manifold installed.
