If you like your current twin, keep it. No reason to change things if they are working well for you.

^^ for a street car??? HEEELLLLL no....also have fun with the rebuild cost. IMO a Tilton is a race application ONLY clutch....of course there will be people saying "oh I’ve driven on my Tilton for 400,000 miles and its a great daily driven clutch" those people are liars and can't be trusted.

Also replacing you're clutch just because sounds almost as insane as a Tilton on a DD car.

Also I’m assuming this is a street car and not a race car, so maybe I’m ranting incessantly for nothing...

That is all.

EXEDY Twin = 32lbs

Tilton Twin = 16.8lbs

EXEDY twin = pull type clutch with retaining clip that can break and leave you stranded.

Tilton twin = patented hydraulic release bearing push style clutch with full ss braided line from the master cylinder with no retaining clip to break.

EXEDY replacement discs = $500+

Tilton replacement discs = $250

Don't even ask about pressure plate, intermediate plates and flywheels on the EXEDY because you'll end up spending more to fix one than buying a new complete unit.
