handmade exhaust with Dynomax bullet?

Whats up guys, ive had the idea to weld up my own axleback exhaust to bolt up. Currently im running a hks carbon ti axleback with straight 3" piping and a test pipe but want something louder.. i like buschurs bullet and sd axlebacks but dont have $250 to spend. i have extra 3" piping and was thinking about using that with a 3-4in expanded tip from napa. i was then thinking about using a dynomax bullet muffler 3" in and 3" out which is similar to whats on buschurs sd. this would hopefully make it sound a little better but still be on the loud side.. has anyone used one of these on an evo?? or does anyone have one of these they want to sell? Thanks, figured it would be a fun project.

It will be pretty loud, I build my exhaust with a vibrant muffler, no resonator, pretty moderate sound still

Maybe you should go with a slip-fit exhaust system. Slip-fit exhausts are much easier to work with especially if you're going to try out different muffler setups and so forth. Never had fun with flanges. Time consuming (welding process) compared to slip-fits - no need to weld!
