2.4l swap for wrecked evo.

I recently bought an evo that got wrecked, block got cracked and the front end was trashed.

every thing seems to measure out straight, i want to get a motor into it and make sure everything is top notch before doing an actual build and trying to get a rebuilt salvage title.

So far i have:

4g64 from like an 03 eclipse
water pump adapter
adjustable cam gears
Balance Shaft Elimination Kit
And a boost gauge so i don't over boost the stock 2.4
I am going to order some more gaskets, oil pan, valve cover, exhaust mani, ect.

The car has on it already a full 3"(I think) exhaust, CAI, MBC.

i have both of the motors torn down, and before i need to make sure i use all of the right everything so i don't do anything wrong.

evo water pump
evo oil pump
a gates T256 timing belt. (MD182292)
Fel-Pro head gasket (26172PT)
I am going to order some more gaskets, oil pan, valve cover, exhaust mani, ect.

..So my questions are:

When putting the motor back together what is evo and what is 2.4?
Do i have the right timing belt and head gasket?
What else do i need to buy?
Is there anything that i need to watch out for?
what do i need to set the cams to? +3.75 or -3.75? or something else?

Thank you guys and any questions you can answer would be great.
