You'll probably have to tinker with the length of the actuator rod by chopping off 3/8" from the threaded end. The 18 PSI WGA responds really well to heavy preloading. Just ask Mikey@Spec-Ops.

Mods aren't quite the same as the BBK FULL above, but it still seems like the HTA 71 falls short of the BBK FULL, to me it's in between the FP white and BBK FULL.

And I agree. CBRD says 49lbmin and FP says 51lbmin but CBRD has better graphs to date. I really hope I can hit 500whp with the 71HTA I will be stoked.

CT9A Silver beat me to it below and helped out with the AWD 71HTA graph I have not seen yet. Stoked to turn the wick up on this Friday!

No not yet. Mainfold is next on the list. Have a half size Koyo radiator and A/C deleted already so it is getting ready for a stock frame forward facing just for fun. :-)
Intake mani is stock as well. MAP Rev3 and a Boomba TB is next month.

I was talking about the BBK full lol, I think the HTA 71 could maybe hit 500 DJ under ideal conditions, but it's really a 450-480 awhp turbo depending on mods.
If Turbojunkie can hit 490 with the FP White you could maybe hit 500 maybe come close to 510 ish.

My 71 hta numbers were with stock intake mani and exhaust mani, no porting coating, hks272 and a tbe(+ jmf intercooler, injen licp, muse dump, 84mm intake). Over the winter I have purchased a Skunk 2 intake manifold, and I am looking into S2's. I am also on SD. I will likely do tubular manifold before summer.

You can see where Ive been with the turbo, if any thing my tuning experience underrates this turbo by a lot, and I am probably sacrificing some power with stock exhaust manifold and intake manifold there.
PS, I also had a FP WHITE!

71 hta is using the stock turbine wheel. you can only make so much power through a stock hotside. the 71 is virtually identical in potential to BBK lite. both turbos are pushing the limit of stock turbine wheel.
its a shame project bastard 550550BBK didnt bolt in other turbos like they planned. especially the HTAgreen. no one has ever done a back to back with those. project bastard had high compression. very important key to high HP small turbo setup. limited air flow should have small combustion chamber to fill to maximize the setup.
