Good tranny shops near fairfield/vacaville CA

Hey all, I have an 03 evo with about 100k miles and 3rd gear is starting to

grind which I'm sure is just the syncro but i would like to do a full tranny

rebuild but don't know of any good shops out in Fairfield/Vacaville California

area. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

If you dont mind the short drive to Fremont, you could take your car to Full Function Tech. They do tranny work, Great shop

Full Function by far the best and closest place for a evo transmission rebuild. They have Calis quickest and fastest Evo. All the work is done in house for the most part Dave is the guy who rebuilds the transmissions there he rebuilt my transmission as well as tons of other locals transmissions. If you live in norcal and need ur evo transmission rebuilt Full Function (FFTEC) is the place

Pretty sure they're in Hayward now, but that's even closer than Fremont for you. Heard great things about Fftec, and I'm taking my car in for a tune on Saturday.

FFTec bailed me out on more than one occasion, their attention to detail is unmatched. I miss that place.
