Not that I have heard of. It would be nice though. Although it would probably be pretty expensive and how would it be controlled? I haven't looked into how Porsche's control there's but if it involves another module than that makes it even more expensive

It's electronically controlled, using an RPM sensor inside the turbo itself, along with engine speed, throttle position, etc... I have to imagine it would be hilariously expensive. Garret sells a turbo speed sensor and it's like $600 for the gauge alone. add in the cost of the special turbo and control systems and I couldn't see it selling for under $4K for just the turbo and necessary electronics. It's a cool idea though.

My buddy installed one on his dsm (holset turbo), and it was just too any thngs going at once. It's a good idea, but from what I've learned, simplicity is king lol.

There is always a compromise, power, driveability, quality, price, ect...

Only one I know of is you yank one off the new turbo diesel trucks.. the DSM crowd got into playing with it awhile back.. local guy has one..its the equivalent of a 42R.. pretty crazy how it works.. total rework on just the variable vane controller though.. it would honestly be too much work IMO.. just throw a 6766 and your solid.. hell potentially 8 sec pass is enough for me.
Think of it this way.. Procco Evo had 42R and barely getting low 9s.. now.. with 6766.. 8's consecutively... just my .02
