Any one of those turbos are capable of your goals... Typically you want the smaller turbo that will get u the peak power your looking for to reduce lag and give you a wider power-band unless its just a drag car. Have you considered fp hta82 or 86? They seem to be on top of the game, offering the total package: great spool, reliability, and power.

I would do 6262 for that power level and use the v-band housing and it will be a badass setup. The HTA86 is also a badass and will acheive that goal as well. The others are for more than 700whp.

Not to be devils advocate, but I'd run the 6766 T3 .82 AR. Simple and it'll do it easily.

actually I'd probably recommend a 9180 EFR, but oh well.

I agree it is fully capable but that turbo is lazy compared to the 6262 and both can easily make 700whp. I like the smallest turbo possible to make the power. If the goal was 800+hp I would definately recommend the 6766. I cant wait to see what you do with those EFR turbos.

I'd recommend the 6266. You can check out my dyno thread (conservative e98 tune) - numbers will be higher with the new ER cams. Best of luck.

Why port the head but fit such low lift cams, and then add a big turbo with such a loose back housing? Not hating. It just seems like an unusual combo. Will this be going on a stock bottom end?

I had the 6262 which was a fun turbo, but the 6765 / .63 back housing was even better and it spool almost just as fast and it also made 780 awhp for me which was great for me

HTA82 will spool faster than all those turbo's and make the power you want and some.

Food for thought:

6262/.63 vs 6765/.63

6765/.63 vs HTA86

For the record these tunes are set up for a daily driver not an all out tune just for the track.
