what could potentially break at 650 awhp?
Well my evo is reaching 650awhp soon
With built motor
Built transmission
Exedy twin disk;
Now, everything else is pretty much stock. Drive shaft, transfer case, all axles.
Is there anything I should build before I start making this much power?
Any suggestions would help.

Exedy twins are rated right around 500tq if I'm not mistaken, could prob get away w. The twin but if its mostly a track car I would consider going triple. A triple on a dd may not be as much fun haha. Also I wouldn't worry about upgrading your axles and DS but if your going to be doing some hard launches at the track I would recommend upgrading your T case. I took mine to Shep quality work and one hell of a nice guy.

Upgrade your transfer case it would probably be the first thing to break and as for the clutch u should be fine according to TRE they only recommend a clutch that's rated for 535tq I think
