RC 1600cc Injector Questions

RC 1600cc Injector Questions
Hello. I see to upgrade my injectors setup. The car run with a E85, Walbro 255,Sard FPR (40psi), PTE 880cc,Jun 264 Cams and TD06 25g turbo, on 23psi of boost the IDC is 88% and a 26psi run at 120% !!!.
I see a RC 1600cc injectors for a great price, but work well with the stock Ecu? Or it is enough to PTE 1200cc ??
My plans are to run with a 27-28psi.
