Are you planning to drag race or will you occasionally want to slow down and turn?
If you're going to track the car, you'll end up much happier balancing your spending in some manner, like 6K for power, 4K in brakes, and 5K in suspension. A responsive 400-450whp track car would be more reliable, streetable, and safer. That's just my assessment, everyone can have their own vision.

Man I am glad I didn't buy brakes where you did. I have Racing Brakes 2 piece rotors and pads for my car and stock Brembo's and it was no where near 4k for them. There is no point on swapping out a 4 piston caliper for anything different being the evo stoppes pretty damn well from the factor, then add the better pads and rotors 10 times better. Just some food for thought.

For 4K or less, it's possible to get a front BBK (if you wish), slotted rear rotors, pads, SS lines, high-temp fluid, and cooling ducts.
I will be upgrading to stock-sized RB 2-pc front rotors someday, how do you like them?

I haven't spent 4K on brakes, that was just a suggestion on how to proportion the 15K of his build budget. I've only replaced the lines and pads on my car so far.
