It has been making this weird ticking noise for almost 2 years now, mind you I only have about 2 or 3 thousand miles on the car in those 2 years. I have no idea what this noise is, the motor has been apart and still makes it. Pretty much built everything, 1mm over valves, I have no idea what this is. Figured I would ask on here and post a video to see if anyone can help me with this.

Car has ran fine for 2 years when driven besides minor little issues here and there that dont involve this noise. Takes almost 40psi on E85 with no problem, I just want to know what the hell this is! haha

possible tensioner noise maybe??

 

Mine makes a noise similar to that, i built a new motor and it still makes it, I've narrowed it down to the hks cam gears i have. With the engine off if i grab the belt and try to wiggle it, i hear the sound, and if i spray the belt with belt dressing the sound goes away for about 30sec or so then comes back.
