boost leak check issues

Just installed an EVO 9 turbo and I can get the boost to climb and I stop at 26psi. The oil cap starts leaking aroung 22psi. I cannot hear the leak, only feel it. Is it really possible it is leaking that bad? Boost drops off quick but I start feeling the leak from there between 20-22psi. Thoughts guys?
The car also won't boost over 22-23psi...

In case you haven't already spray all the piping, couplers, intercooler core, fuel injector seals, throttle body gasket area and the intake manifold gasket area down with soapy water

Havent tried that yet. I'm going to have another go at her on Monday I guess. It is just bothering me that I couldn't even hear it.
When I did the check with the EVO 8 turbo I fixed 3 or 4 boost leaks all of them could be heard clearly though. The only piping I'm thinking it could be, is the coupler between ic piping and j pipe.
