6800-7000rpm.... .63 or .82 A/R??

I have played with a buddy of mine in his 2g gsx. He runs a 6265, with an .82 hotside. Rolling about 20mph, I instantly got the jump on him from my quicker spoolup, and he played catchup still. He is running a 2.3 as well.
If you are gonna drive mainly street, I see nothing wrong with the .63 housing. My car is just as enjoyable in town as it was with a 2.0 and hta green on it. Now I have A LOT more top end though.
Of course the .82 will have more breathing room up top, but for the street, is it REALLY necessary?
I am seeing 30psi at about 4400rpms.

Sound like HTA3586 .63 is middle between HTA3076 .63 and HTA3586 .82.
Any idea if you have .82 housing how many extra rpm it would delay?
