So much to do, so little time, or so it seems.

We are in the process of putting the stock manifold and a stock upgraded turbo on the car. Planning on doing it Wednesday of next week, 3-3-04. We are going to dyno the car on this and see what it will do. We are hoping for some good things to come from it.

RIGHT after this I am thinking we are going to swap the cylinder head over and bolt our turbo kit back on it.

As for the turbo kits the casting company ran into some manufacturing problems with it last week. They say we will have just 10 to start with in a few more days. WAIT WAIT WAIT!! SUCKS SUCKS SUCKS!!

Take care,
David Buschur

What a tease... what sort of 'upgrades' to the stock turbo? Can you share any info? I'm interested.

Dave, are you guys working with Turbochargers.com on a wheel upgrade for the stock turbo again? This is what they had stated the last time I talked to them. Let us know how it goes this time around.

Yes, we are working with Turbochargers on this, upgraded compressor and exhaust wheels.

Also, Tym and I just ran the car down the road in FWD with the BR475 on it. HOLY **** is it useless, nothing but tirespin until you hit 4th gear.

We tried to see where the boost hits on the street from what we can tell the turbo hits 20+ psi by 3600 rpm.

What clutch do you recommend we put on our cars for your turbo kit? single disk, dual disk, any manufacture you prefer.

the br475 is my interest.

Hey Newevo8 sorry for the delay on anyone getting back with you. I would have to say and I believe David would agree with me on this as well. But we here are using the Exedy Twinplate, and it seems to be a GREAT clutch. The everyday drivability is still there and the pedal pressure is just a bit heavier than stock. It is really a great piece and will take the beating that it is givin. We are very hard on the car here and it is holding up excellent. So this would be my recommendation on which clutch and compnay to go with. I am sure you would be happy.
We have a few of these left in stock right now and on sale for $1249 +S/H. If you are interested in picking one up feel free to give us a call. Hope this helps you out!
Take care

We are suppose to have 9 manifolds here today! (3-10-04)

As soon as they get here I am running them over to be CNC'd. Not sure how far they're behind.

HOLY CRAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WE HAVE EXHAUST MANIFOLDS HERE!!!!!!!!! I GOT 9 OF THEM IN YESTERDAY AND DROPPED THEM OFF AT THE CNC SHOP!!!!!!!!!!

For those of you interested in the kits please give us a call ASAP. We should be shipping them out of here next week.

The other 41 manifolds will be on their way shortly, they are having problems getting them to pour without casting flaws in them.

Thanks!

Congrats on getting the first 9 in David, can't wait to be able to see a pic of one of these. I know that you guys probably don't want to show the world the details of the manifolds but it would be cool to at least see the finished product bolted up to an evo. What type of casting problems are you guys experiencing? Good luck with working them out, I know you will

Hi Dave,

Could you give us a rundown again of the kit, the accessories it comes with and the final price?

Also what are the turbo options and what hardware are they based on.

Thanks,

Steve
