Buschur Racing turbo kits & dyno numbers

I just got off the phone with the turbo shop to see if I can get an idea. They are suppose to call me back. Like I had said, it was suppose to be within 4 weeks, that was 2 weeks ago. These things always run behind though.

Just got the call back on the turbo. Seems the guy that is going to be making the wheel for it is on vacation. The CNC program for it is going to be done next week. We are going build a hand full of wheels on a CNC machine to get them tested. I told them I was interested, even at an extra charge, to get some extra wheels on the initial run. I can test them and then maybe get a couple of these out to some you for testing also.

David,
Any plans on making the air/water intercooler/manifold that's on the 826whp car? I think there would be a market for these, considering we all paid 30K for the car. It couldn't be that much more expensive than 1250 for an intercooler kit + 650 for an intake manifold. I ran an Air/Water IC on a civic and it worked great.

First, the intake/water intercooler you guys saw was a one off from Tym. They are not going to be reproduced. That was his pet project. Also air to water intercoolers really suck for street use. Everytime I get geared up and build a liquid for something I own I end up doing a bunch of testing and using them and after a couple of weeks of the hassle I go back to air to air.
The compressor wheel that is being built now is the one for the stock turbo upgrade. From what I understand now there won't be a core required to do these turbos.

There won't be a core charge! The wheel will produce a vast amount of hp, almost as much as the BR475 and still look stock and it will be tested and recommend by David Buschur! It just doesn't get any better than that!

Woahhhhhhhhhhh.....This is getting crazier by the day!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I remember those days where there is nothing out there for the EVO except basic bolt ins that cost a leg or an arm to get.(Ralliart exhaust and IC pipes). Now, there is BR, AMS, HKS, GREDDY, RNR, PRUVEN, UR, and more. I'll be a happy camper if I can get 430whp with a stock turbo upgrade, IC, and Fuel management. This rocks.........
