As I have said before, you are the man. Keep up the great work. I absolutely love my Stage 4 and as soon as complete your work with the turbos and decide on a Stage 5, I will be first in line.

I'm curious what Dave thinks about a totally stealth car. Ie, one that looks as stock as possible. Revamp the pill to produce 21 psi. HKS 264 or someone's exhaust cam. Daves cat back, MAF pipe painted black, intercooler pipes, air cleaner and the new stock looking turbo. Dynoflash, raise the rev limit and 94 octane. Could this setup get 300 whp on the street? what else would be good in the invisible setup?

BR turbo back exhaust, br upper intercooler pipe, BR front mount, 3" o2 housing, br head, piper cams, br upgraded stock turbo with a twist--send David the Evo 6 ti turbo with 10.5 exhaust housing, then go to shiv and get an XEDE custom tune. I think that will be bad ***, but that's just me.

I am not trying to start anything here. I just called them and it about $2500 for the turbo with internal waste gat (not even external)??? Some washers and manifold that is made out of steel for $2500 I mean oh my god it does not even come with a down pip. I was thinking about buying it from them since I save some money and ready to buy a turbo kit. but that sooooo much. We still need DP, injectors, fuel pump maybe, flash or engine management. I just don’t see where $2500 is going for a turbo with internal waste gate and manifold that looks like stock???

Ouch..The last time I heard about their turbo kits and it was rated at 2000. Well, only time will tell which vendor will make the best turbo kits for the money.

Will even $2000 will still kinda high. Just think about it internal waste gate???? i was so surprised that it does not come with DP what should I do go to an exhaust shop and ask then to make me a flange and a down pipe??? If it comes with SS DP nice *** manifold with external wastegate and dam nice *** turbo I would spend $2500

Sounds like you are turned off by a cast iron manifold. Cast iron is the right material for a street car. If you are all about bling buy a fancy welded manifold for your stock turbo.

$2500 gets you a new lower IC pipe, radiator fan, tubular stainless steel O2 housing, custom cast and CNC machined exhaust manifold that WILL NOT CRACK and will accept the stock heat shield, all along with the new turbocharger itself and all gaskets and oil lines needed for the kit.

I was under the impression that the turbo outlet (O2 housing) bolted up at the stock location, so the Buschur downpipe bolts up to it. And if you read through earlier in the thread, the decision to create a cast manifold, AND an internal wastegate, were both for packaging and practicality (Reliability). Sometimes form follows function, and doesn't always look pretty... This is certainly not a show-car component, but something for usable, functional, reliable power upgrades.. If I didn't already make a significant investment in a header and O2 housing, I'd DEFINITELY order the Buschur turbo kit. But Alas, I'm going to get the "stock appearing" upgrade when David announces its available.

It depends on what you consider great air flow.. I haven't seen a close enough picture of the new manifold, but the R&D that went into it was significant. FWIW designing and manufacturing a cast manifold, the machining, foundry and casting process, all are fairly expensive. On a street car, Cast is going to be more durable than tubular manifolds over the years. Life is full of compromises, you compromise durability for extreme power, you compromise a pretty manifold for a durable long-lasting product, you compromise price for quality or safety.. Where do you want to compromise?
