I wouldn't, unless I knew the history and was budget limited.

 

I personally would not buy used internal engine components, unless they were from a close friend and you know the history. You never know what has really happened to an engine.

Also, how much could you be saving on used cams? Spend the extra couple hundred bucks IMO.
