What are my spark plugs telling you? *PIX*

Left plug is on the timing belt side and right plug is transmission side.

From what I can see, it looks like you have a couple of cylinders running a little hotter than the others, and there is no anti seize lubricant on the spark plug threads.

Do I need anti seizeant on them. What does the hotter issue have to do with?

Either more spark on those cyls or less fuel.

I have never in my live used antiseize on a sparkplug. If you tighten them to spec there is no need for it. Another thing to go with this is what do you run as a gap for the plugs? Pics as said above your rich in 2 out of 4 and ok in the other 2. This would lead me to believe that your car runs rich all the time. Prob because the way it was tuned and the type of fuel you run.
