i have just had the throttle body of and found a vacuum pipe of which looks like it goes to a round regulator looking thing, lol
i also removed the icv and turned ignition on, it opened and then closed but it didnt go back to original place, while i did this i spray wd40 on it just in case it was sticking,
when i fitted it again it would'nt bolt up so applied a bit of pressure to close it.

now went to start it and it wont idle now it just stalls, so ive had to adjust the throttle cable to get it to idle.
have i done something to the icv or will it be the vacuum pipe that had blown off?

It's an Evo 8 but I believe it's the same, using that wd40 might of hurt instead of helping because it does leave a Lil residue an those sensors are extremely sensitive
