Question Taking Off Camshaft Sensor Support

I am currently trying to install new cams and I am having trouble taking off the cam position sensor support from the old camshafts. Any tips on how to go about doing this?

If your talkin about the Bolt inside the 3 Bolt CAM sensor cover. You need a prybar preferably with a socket on the exhaust CAM over between iirc the 1 to 2cyl CAM lobes is a place to fit a crescent wrench. Use two people and hold the CAM still with it while another person pops it loose. Good luck.
