Valves Keep Touching Pistons...What to do?
Alright so it seems like I keep kissing the valves with my pistons ever so slightly. I think my set-up just is not working together. What would be the best recommendation to make this work. I have considered looking for a different set of pistons with a deeper relief cut or can the ones I have be cut. Here is my set-up:
Bottom end is all Turbo Tuff:
Manley Crank 94mm
Manley Rods 156mm
Manley Pistons 10.5:1CR
Valve Train:
Cams - Buschur Racing BF272's
Valves - Ferrea +1mm on both exhaust and intake
Supertech duel valve springs
stock lifters
Please let me know your thoughts on this and the best way to resolve the issue. Thanks in advance!

That sucks...
Are you sure you timed it correctly?
Thicker head gasket....I don't know.
I just pulled my head off this past weekend due to some major valve vs. piston noise....so I was interested in what others may have said...but I'm the first...lol...Head came off and I can't see a damn thing wrong except a possible 'kissing' of my intake valves where the divots on the piston tops are....no clue...hopefully the machine shop can tell me what's wrong...if anything...Regardless a freshened up head with 152K on it will only help!

Yeah my timing is correct it was correct, had some bad valve noise then checked everything couldn't find what the noise was so I pulled the head and found some bent valves and scuffs on the pistons. So I took it in had the valve job completely redone new guides valves everything started it up and still have some valve noise not as bad but still there and I am afraid as I run it they will get worse again.

I would buy some clay, put it on top of the piston in the valve reliefs, put the head on, time everything and crank the engine over. Then pull the head off and see how much room you have between the valve and piston. You may need to buy adjustable came gears and make sure the cams are at true TDC when the piston is at TDC.
