Best way to run the Double Pumper?
i have a double pumper and had it installed.the Hobbs switch was hardwired into a 12V source.i believe it burned up also.i am in the middle of a motor swap and just noticed the switch looks overheated and i can't get it to close.
i was thinking about re-doing it with a 30A relay this time or i also read that you can just run them off the AEM EMS.i guess you could also do both and have redundancy for safety maybe?
i tried to search and found bits and pieces about running them off the AEM and stuff about running them both full-time with a relay.can anyone show me a good thread or explain to me the pros/cons of each way or is anyone running the Hobbs and off the AEM EMS?
